Balanced omega-3 & omega-6

Pharmepa COMPLETE balances omega-3 with omega-6 at an optimal ratio of 3:1 by combining wild fish oil with cold-pressed evening primrose oil.

Fish oil provides omega-3 EPA and DHA, but as EPA has a higher turnover rate in the body, we have formulated this product to provide an optimal 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA for long term balance. Evening primrose oil is a rich source of omega-6 GLA, and is also a source of omega-6 LA and omega-9 oleic acid, providing a complete omega-3-6-9 balance.

High absorption rTG form

Omega-3 is found in different molecular forms, with the advanced re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form offering unrivalled absorption, without relying on the availability of fat in the diet. Absorbed in the same way as triglyceride, rTG omega-3 is more than twice as concentrated, so it can deliver higher levels of EPA and DHA directly into cells where they are needed most.

rTG also works faster to restore omega balance – raising levels of EPA and DHA in cells 3.5x more than standard fish oil and 5x more than krill oil. Splitting the dose can also improve absorption.

Super concentrated small softgels

This 80% concentrated wild fish oil has been expertly formulated to provide an effective, intensive dose without over-saturating the body. At more than twice the concentration of a standard fish oil, each serving provides 1000mg of the active omega-3 EPA and DHA.

The softgels are smaller but contain more active ingredients as the re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form provides a higher concentration of omega-3 EPA & DHA per volume of oil. As fat absorption is limited in the body, this ensures more EPA & DHA is efficiently absorbed.

Wild fish oil & free from mercury
Our fish oil is responsibly sourced from wild deep-sea fish including anchovies, sardines & mackerel, which are less prone to pollutant build-up than larger longer-lived species.

The oil is sourced from fish body oil as it is purer than fish liver oil, and is purified using molecular distillation, ensuring it is free from methylmercury, PCBs and dioxins. Our oils are checked to ensure purity, active ingredients, nutritional value and safety.

Virgin evening primrose oil
Our evening primrose oil is extracted using a gentle, cold-press process that retains meaningful levels of plant sterols, triterpenes and polyphenols. These phytochemicals support multiple roles in health including the support of inflammatory processes and oxidative balance.
Evening primrose oil is a rich source of omega-6 GLA, which works in harmony with omega-3 EPA to support inflammatory balance, essential for general health and wellbeing.

Enhanced with lemon flavour
We add natural lemon flavour to the oil to ensure no fishy odour or reflux. Our fish oil softgels can be pierced and added to juice, yoghurt or food for those who cannot swallow capsules, providing a pleasant lemon flavour.
Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol is also added as an antioxidant to protect the delicate omega oils from oxidative damage. Our blister packs further protect the capsules from oxygen, ensuring the oils are fresher for longer, maintaining the health beneficial properties of omega-3 EPA.

DIRECTIONS

Each box contains 60 softgels, providing a 30-day supply at a daily dosage of 1000 mg from 2 softgels.

Adults: 2 softgels daily. For additional support, the dose may be doubled.

Children aged 12+: 1-2 softgels daily.

For optimal absorption, take with food and divide the daily dose between morning and evening. Consistent intake is recommended for optimal results.
