High absorption minerals & bioavailable vitamin D3
We use fully reacted and chelated zinc glycinate and the optimally absorbed copper glycinate chelate. As zinc and copper compete for absorption in the body, this formula contains an optimal ratio to keep the body in balance for long-term health maintenance. While there are two forms of vitamin D, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is better absorbed and utilised and is significantly more biologically effective than vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol). Our D3 is sourced from sustainable algae. We have omitted iron from this formula as the standard diet provides sufficient levels for men; excessive iron intake in men can raise oxidative stress markers.
