Best Magnesium Ever!

I am an osteopath that has been personally using Natures Purest's magnesium for at least 3 years now. I don't bother buying any other brand. Bang for buck this is the best I can find. I have a prolapsed lumbar disc and a dicky thyroid. So this means I need a really good mag supplement to help support muscles that often cramp and get super tight from my disc problems, nerves that are being annoyed by my disc, and need help with stress management for my thyroid.
