Super B-Complex high potency Vitamin B complex tablets contain a synergistic blend of 8 highly bioavailable B-vitamins with vitamin C to provide comprehensive energy support.  The folate and vitamins B6 and B12 in Super B-Complex are in their most active forms and at dosages scientifically shown to maintain healthy homocysteine levels. Elevated homocysteine is a risk factor for heart disease and disrupts neurotransmitter function, affecting brain function and mood balance. Super B-Complex is particularly synergistic with our omega-3 supplements.

Each product contains 60 tablets, providing a 1-month supply at a daily dosage of 2 tablets.

Directions for use

Adults should take 1 Super B-Complex tablet twice daily with food. Children aged 7-16 years should take 1 tablet daily. Split dosing of our vitamin B complex tablets is advised for optimal uptake and consistent intake is recommended for optimal results.

It is not advisable to exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a healthcare practitioner.

Indications

Super B-Complex is a high strength blend of eight essential B-vitamins with vitamin C designed to support the nervous system and mental performance, contribute to normal energy metabolism, aid psychological and neurological function and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B complex tablets play an important role in many other functions within the body, including the maintenance of normal red blood cells and normal blood cell formation, hormonal function and normal collagen synthesis.
