The first of the dual capsule formula provides foundational omega-3 fatty acids in an effective daily dosage of 410 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA from 80% concentration omega-3 wild fish oil, plus 1000 iu vitamin D3. The omega-3 is provided in the superior re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form, which is body-ready and delivers higher levels of omega-3 into cells faster than standard fish oil and krill oil. Unlike most omega-3 capsules, these are super concentrated and 2-3 times the strength of standard 1-a-day omega-3 supplements. This ultra-pure omega-3 is sourced from wild, sustainable fish and the oil is purified to remove all trace of mercury, dioxins and PCBs. Natural lemon oil prevents fish reflux.

The second capsule provides fast-acting nutrients, including magnesium glycinate and 5-HTP, with methylated B-vitamin complex, vitamins C & D3 and selenium. Together, these bioavailable ingredients support brain function, regulate neurotransmitters and help support a more balanced mood.
